You agree NOT to use TextFirst to:

• Harass, spam, or harm others
• Overload or disrupt monitored websites
• Circumvent security measures or access restrictions
• Monitor illegal or harmful content

5. SMS Charges

Standard SMS rates from your mobile carrier apply to all messages sent and received through TextFirst. We are not responsible for any charges from your mobile carrier.

6. Service Limitations

TextFirst:

• Cannot guarantee 100% uptime or availability
• May have delays in detecting changes
• Is limited to publicly accessible web pages
• May have SMS delivery delays due to carrier issues
• Has rate limits to ensure fair usage

7. Intellectual Property

TextFirst and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by TextFirst AI and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

TextFirst is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. You use the service at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

TextFirst shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms of Service. You may cancel your account at any time by texting STOP to any TextFirst number.
